I find this app hard to use, very little info on order status. Nowhere to write reviews. Very few descriptions. I encountered several issues while trying to pay. Had to retry 4 times. My order was supposed to arrived yesterday and it just says processing. So I don't know what to do

Honestly, I'm very disappointed in your service right now. I've been a very loyal client and chose Superbalist for their great service and efficient deliveries. But lately, I can't say the same. Placed order 21st. Paid for delivery Saturday 25th. No explanation, no excuse just a text to say I can expect it tomorrow 28th. My suggestion is to revisit your value chain and see what adjustments/ changes you can make to improve your service.

User friendliness has declined. It used to be effortless to add wishlist and waitlist items. Now everything is dumped under your wishlist, which makes it unnecessarily cumbersome. Why 'fix' something that wasn't broken? There are also items with clear sizes available but it can't be added to the cart and are waitlisted? So upside down, either the sizes are available or not (Im not referring to items on hold)? As someone who accesses the app everyday the nonsensical changes are off-putting.
